Loyalty Member iBuck Rewards Program – FAQ
How do I sign up?
Provide your cell phone number when checking in at the kiosk to sign the liability waiver or at checkout with an iPull-uPull Team Member.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on self-service parts purchases. 350 points = $20 in rewards. Points are not earned on builders, full service or export parts, labor, taxes, warranties, environmental fees, core charges or purchases paid with iBuck Rewards. Points become available 60 days after purchase, as long as the parts are not returned.
When will I receive my rewards?
Rewards are issued 60 days after qualifying purchases. At the beginning of each month, you’ll get a text if you have at least $20 in available rewards, along with your expiration date.
How do I redeem my reward?
At checkout, give your cell phone number to an iPull-uPull Team Member and your rewards will be applied. You must have at least $20 available, and the full reward balance must be used in one transaction.
What can I use rewards for?
Rewards apply to self-service part purchases only. They have no cash value.
What if I return a purchase made with rewards?
Rewards are not reissued once used.
When do rewards expire?
All rewards expire 90 days after issuance.
Can I transfer points?
No. Points stay with your account, except when updating your cell phone number.
Do past purchases count?
No. Points start from the moment you sign up.
